Sometime ago, back in the seventies I read "Maps of consciousness" by Ralph Metzner . Then I was a young vet, dealing with the aftershocks of childhood and Viet Nam, looking for answers, and continue so today. I am an artist, designer and programmer, grumpy old man, eternal student, having spent far too many dollars, time and commitment on "why am I here?" , with self-help books, videos and tapes, therapists, alternative medications , seminars and retreats.

The take away of Maps of consciousness , for me was, everything is a Rorschach test, but the Tarot deck is designed with the intent to trigger memories, introspection and be entertaining . And designing this has been fun.
